(49DAYS) Jung Il Woo & Lee Yeo Weon at BCJ Garden

caps by BCJ Location: BCJ Garden (166-1 Changman-ri, Gwangtan-myeon, Paju-si, Gyeonggi) I decided to separate the entries for BCJ Garden since scenes are taken from different areas in the attraction.^^ Nonetheless, the place is used in the touching scenes of the reuniting Yi Kyeong & Yi Soo in 49 Days . Obviously, the drama was filmed during spring so the flowers were at bloom.  Here is a picture: photo by BCJ Official Website: BCJ Garden --- NOTE: This blog post does not guarantee 100% accuracy.

(49 DAYS) Jung Il Woo & Nam Gyuri at BCJ Garden

photos/caps by SBS and BCJ Location: BCJ Garden (166-1 Changman-ri, Gwangtan-myeon, Paju-si, Gyeonggi) Finally!!! I've been wanting to know what place is this since You're Beautiful. haha! So the Heaven's Square in 49 Days is the BCJ Garden . Thank God for the wonderful blogs of the show's PDs that I get to see this. HOHO! BCJ Garden is actually a botanical place and aside from this square, it has a romantic lake. ^^ Gyeonggi is such a favorite location in Korean dramas. :) And it is just close to Seoul so I think this will be one of the places I should visit when I go there. :) For more information about the BCJ Garden, visit their homepage . Pictures under the cut!

(49 DAYS) Jo Hyeon Jae & Lee Yeo Won at Ando Cafe

Location: Ando Cafe (Seongbuk-gu, Seoul) One thing that is difficult about 49 Days is that they do not show the real name of the establishments they use. haha! But no complaints there, I find it actually awkward if they do that. :) Anyway, so here is the Heaven Cafe which is owned in the film by Han Kang (Jo Hyeon Jae). It is a vital shooting location for the drama as it is the place where Ji Hyeon (when she's Song Yi Kyeong) works. I don't know if the term 'Heaven' is really there but yeah, this is a vintage cafe, design office, and a furniture gallery in one. It's cute, I swear. The atmosphere of the place makes it comfy to grab a book and read the whole day over a cup of espresso. :) And the architectural style? It's contemporary. It's pleasant. It's unique. If you watch the film, you'll see that the interior is awesome. You climb the stairs from outside and enter the cafe, then go down the stairs inside for the design offic...

(49 DAYS) Jung Il Woo & Lee Yeo Won at Ongkasomsi (Ongka's Kitchen)

Location: Ongkasomsi (옹가솜씨) / Ongka's Kitchen (Decks 114-44 Building, Samsung-2 dong, Kangnam-gu, Seoul) I first thought that the cafe is really called Decks Cafe and the words written in the glass are like terms to refer to the specialty of the cafe. LOL.  Nonetheless, so here is another filming location of 49 Days ; and the place is interesting for me.. probably because I'm really into decks. haha. I wish I really could take the pictures but since it's owned by some Koreans, I will just be linking you to other pictures of the interior and menu of Ongka's Kitchen: Seung Eun Cha's Naver Agadasj's Naver --- NOTE: This blog post does not guarantee 100% accuracy.

(49 DAYS) Lee Yeo Won & Jo Hyeon Jae - Coffine Gurunaru (Purple Coffee)

Location: Coffine Gurunaru This is so difficult to find. ㅠㅠ  and I'm not even sure if the address I provided is really the one wherein the Korean drama  49 Days was filmed. ㅠㅠ Coffine Gurunaru has a lot of stores and they're all almost identical. So this is the cafe where Song Yi Kyeong works at night, after being fired from the convenience store. I personally like the layout of this store though I really like the one Han Kang owns (Heaven). The name Coffine Gurunaru is a little weird to me probably because of the term 'Coffine'. I don't want to be reminded of a coffin everytime I drink coffee.  But thanks to this blog , I learned that COFFINE is a combination of "COFFEE" and "WINE" so I think it is read as /KOFAYN/ not /KOFIN/. You can find more details about the store in their official site . They also have Twitter: @CoffineGurunaru
