I honestly thought it was a studio set up especially for Seventeen SVT Club but it's actually a multi-leveled coffee shop in Incheon. The Korean coffee shop is called CAFE VALOR. Located in Incheon, it is a common filming locations for a lot of dramas and variety shows.
