The Cheonggyecheon (청계천) Stream or the Date Park is a major attraction in Seoul because it is a unique recreation area where modernity comes close and blends together - so well - with nature.
The site is actually newly-developed. Efforts have been exerted by the South Korean people to beautify the place.
It is vibrant at daytime, and truthfully romantic at night. Aside from the stream, basic attractions in the place includes the Grand Fountain in the Cheonggye Plaza, a colorful wall painting, wishing wall, tunnel fountain, and more. You will definitely love to take a picture while sitting by the stream, or while jumping on the rocks lined up for easy crossing of the bridge. :)
