When Jinhee almost got fired during the first few episodes, she went to drink in this restaurant alone and bragged on her friends over the phone that she's already a doctor. During that time, Chief Gook saw her getting wasted.
Then, after a confrontation among the three (with Jinhee in between, of course), Changmin went for a drink in the same restaurant and Chief Gook followed; and they drank together.

And you know what the good news is?
It's in Seoul, so it'll be damn easy for me to get there when I finally go to Seoul.
Because if there is one location from Emergency Couple which I will really have to go, it's this restaurant. Hehe.
It is the Ssangdaepo Sogeumgui (쌍대포소금구이), a famous grilled meat restaurant in the city which had been used by several Korean dramas already. That explains the signatures pasted on the walls.

I do not assure 100% accuracy on this but here's my directions:
1. Find your way to Sukdae-ipgu Station (숙대입구역). That's in Line 4 (Light Blue). Get off Exit 10. You can use Exit 9 but then you'll have to cross the street when you do so Exit 10 is easier.
2. As soon as you got off the stairs, you're facing north. Head ot the opposite direction then (to South). Walk until you got to the intersection.
3. Turn right and pass through the tunnel for pedestrians. At the end of the tunnel, you're gonna see a pedestrian crossing. Cross the street.
4. Walk to your right again (directions to Seosomunno and Seoul Station) until you see the restaurant on your left. It's near a bus station. :D
