It's easy to distinguish which hotel was used for the show, although the drama actually used a different building (I GUESS!) to establish the Kwanghye Hotel.
But anyway, the important thing is that it's actually W Hotel.
The room used is the Extreme WOW Suite at the 13th floor.
Taken from the official site of the hotel, here's the description:
