I mean, this place is not  a joke. LOL. It's a road brimming with expensive shops, and I mean it. A lot of Korean dramas and variety shows had filmed their scenes here. Even EXO came here for their Showtime episodes , and it still fascinates me that they're doing their shopping here. But then, they're artists. They earn money. Why should I ask? Garosu-gil is one of the most famous shopping destinations in Seoul. But believe me, if I go on a tour to South Korea, I would still come here despite the decision not to buy anything. FIFTY 32 Eonju-ro 168-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (서울 강남구 언주로168길 32) On the second episode of JungSis' On Style, the sisters were seen walking around Sinsadong. Then they passed by this area which is quite familiar to me, considering that I have worked so hard to find this place in the past. Haha. Yes, this FIFTY is actually where Super Junior M had their photoshoot for their first album. And yes, that involves the original members with the one that got away. Actually, the sisters didn't go to FIFTY. They were in an ice cream parlor in front of the cafe. If you're going to look around Daum Map, which is what I'm using, you'll see that the ice cream parlor they visited was formerly the General Idea store. credits to the owner As we all know, MCM has decided to open a flagship store in Myeongdong and has chosen to collaborate with no other than EXO!!!! When I first heard about the news, I was instantly thrilled simply because we all know how much Yixing and Luhan love the brand even during pre-debut. For two years, the members - especially Xing - had always been using MCM snapbacks. Proves that they have always been rich kids, right? Heh. Today, June 26th, some EXO members will be gracing the opening with their presence and I'm excited! There are several controversies going around but I'm pretty certain this will end up successful. The scenes were cute, I swear. The song's mood was good and it was matched by the two idols' acting. I loved how they looked so cute together, but I guess that's just Minwoo's charm since he looks good with other Roommate members too. Heh. I think most (if not all) scenes in the Korean music video were filmed in this venue. As far as I know, there's a coffee shop inside the camp, as well as a library. It's already in its 16th episode and I'm guessing it'll be quite long before we get to see this beautiful god on our screens after this drama so let's make the most out of it, right? Road FC Seo Duwon Gym 822 Seolleung-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (서울 강남구 선릉로 822) One of my favorite Korean people at the moment is Son Gayeon, the 20-year-old MMA female fighter who is a member of the Korean variety show Roommate . Because she's a fighter, she has this masculine appeal but if you're going to follow her in the program, you'll see that she has this very cute and feminine side on her. On Episode 5 of the show, Minwoo accompanied her to the gym where she trains. Her joy was very obvious and it made the man happy to see his friend in such state. Actually, I'm kinda skeptical about this entry but come to think of it, Daum says that this is the only Alaska in the Sinsadong area and I'm guessing it's the actual place since it's quite near the house. This one's in the Garosu-gil area actually. Anyway, yeah, as I was watching the two girls buying, I was feeling hungry. I've been trying to find the JeKry house since the first episode but I thought it was located in a not so famous place since the leads are not ordinary idols. LOL. But yeah, it's in Sinsadong, near the cafe. That's why they were just walking to get to the ice cream parlor. So as how I've deduced, the Acros Building isn't actually an apartment. I guess the whole On Style team just decided to transform an office/business space into a living quarter to give that vintage feel. It didn't fail, though. The house was really awesome! Troon Estate Country Club 439 Yongsan-ri, Daegwanyeong-myeon, Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon-do (강원 평창군 대관령면 용산리 439) In the 5th episode of Korean variety show Roommate, Seho and Nana decided to visit Dongwook in the set of his current drama Hotel King . They kept on mentioning Pyeongchang in Gangwon-do because the main setting for the drama is actually the Intercontinental Alpensia and the Troon Estate Country Club. And yes, the Troon Estate Country Club is where Dongwook met his roommates. If you notice, it is where the houses of their characters reside. I have posted about it earlier here . 음메꿀꿀참숯화로 7 Bugwangro 60gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul (서울 용산구 보광로60길 7) For Davichi's newest MV, three beautiful persons were cast. One of them was F-ve Doll's Seunghee. This is one of their shooting locations. I'm not entirely sure how to translate the name of the restaurant but well, yeah, it's actually a famous one around the Itaewon area. I think it specializes in kalbi and samyupsal, and is quite popular even among celebrities. There are several autographs posted on its door after all.
