Katakomb

This is by far one of the easiest places to locate.
I haven't been to any part of Seoul yet but at first look, I knew immediately that that scene where Lee Geon (Jang Hyuk) and Daniel Pitt (Choi Jinhyuk) had a subtle drinking competition was filmed here. I have ID-ed Katakomb Underground City for quite a few times already so it's not difficult.
This Hongdae bar indeed has a unique appearance which definitely amuses me to no end.
I love how lights adorn almost majority of the bar's walls. Even the arcs were illuminated.
However, no matter how Christmas-y the bar seems to me, the mysteriousness of the place was still highlighted because it does look like an underground hideout of some medieval organization.
It has this dungeon-feel which is kinda supported by the presence of skulls. (Check the curtains of it on the walls!)
The leather seats were nice too. ^^

HOW TO GET THERE?
1. Find your way to the Sangsu Station (Brown Line) and get off the station via Exit 1 or 2.
Head towards the direction to Hongik University.
2. So you'll have to walk quite a distance until you get to the Hongdae Club Street proper.
You've got to look for that Starbucks Coffee Shop with a 7-11 Branch across it.
3. If you're coming from the station, there's gonna be a street before 7-11 and that's the Wausan-ro 17-gil. There's a street sign (the blue one) so you would know I'm telling the truth LOL. Just turn left and head straight. Katakomb is not that far so yeah, you'll easily find it. ^^
